A $5.00 handling fee is applied to all orders under $25.00.
We specialize in custom-made items. Our customer service representatives are happy to assist you in setting up a special order to meet your individual specifications. We may require your approval on large or complex jobs prior to production. All artwork, films, dies, electronic media, or other items that you supply or that we produce shall remain our property. As a trade custom, we do reserve the right to ship and bill plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered on custom items. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
WE STOCK THE MAJORITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND CAN SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS ON REQUEST. CUSTOM ORDERS CAN BE SHIPPED IN A WEEK OR SONNER ON REQUEST. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Cleveland, OH. Unless otherwise specified, we ship UPS ground whenever possible. Upon request, we will also ship Air Freight, Motor Freight or Parcel Post. Safety Sign Company stands by the quality of our products and warrants that our merchandise is free from defects in material and workmanship. Any product shown to be defective at the time of purchase will be promptly replaced. Our products are sold with the understanding that the buyer has the right to inspect the merchandise upon receipt to determine whether the merchandise is fit for the intended purpose. SAFETY SIGN COMPANY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY AS TO ANY DEFECT IN THE MERCHANDISE WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED UPON SUCH INSPECTION. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR MERCHANDISE. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXTENDING BEYOND THOSE DESCRIBE HEREIN. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE WHO OBTAINS THE PRODUCT FROM THE BUYER.
The information printed on our signs, tags, labels and other products has been compiled from sources believed to be reliable. No warranty, guarantee or representation is made as to the accuracy of the information printed and Safety Sign Company assumes no responsibility in connection therewith. Nor can it be assumed that all necessary warning and precautionary measures are contained on the printed products. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the adequacy of each printed product or identification device.
If you are not satisfied with any standard stock item, simply call our customer
service department at (800) 992-1177 to receive a return authorization. All
merchandise must be returned in its original condition, postage prepaid, to
Safety Sign Company, 13700 Prospect Road, Cleveland, OH 44149. A 15% restocking
charge applies to all returns. CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
